Email & Retention Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for an Email & Retention Marketing Specialist to help strengthen our customer relationships and increase repeat purchases across our eCommerce platform for cosmetics and personal care. The role will focus on developing data-driven email marketing campaigns, optimizing customer segmentation, and implementing retention strategies that enhance customer lifetime value. You’ll also collaborate with the marketing team to support organic traffic growth through content and SEO initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesEmail MarketingCreate, manage, and optimize email campaigns using Mailchimp or Klaviyo.Set up automation flows for welcome emails, re-engagement, and post-purchase.Track and report on performance (open rate, CTR, conversion).Segmentation & RetentionSegment customers based on purchase behavior, demographics, and interests.Develop strategies to increase repeat purchases and customer loyalty.SEO & Organic TrafficOptimize website content, blog, and product pages for search engines.Research keywords and collaborate with content creators for organic growth.Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.Data & PerformancePrepare regular reports on traffic, engagement, and retention metrics.Use data to recommend improvements for campaigns and website visibility.Requirements2–4 years of experience in Email Marketing, Segmentation and Retention preferably in eCommerce.Experience with Mailchimp or Klaviyo (automation, segmentation, A/B testing).Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and keyword optimization.Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.Detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven.Interest or background in beauty, skincare, or personal care is a plus
