Your Mission & Your roleAs a part of embedded development team, you will be involved in projects related to Security and Safety software applications as a technical leaderTechnical referent of the scope assignedInsure the Delivery (quality and milestone) of the activitiesFunctional management of the engineers working on the scopeHighlight issues to project management when neededBring technical support to the whole engineering teamYour profile & Mandatory skills:Software / Electrical Engineering Degree with at least 4 years of experience in the embedded SW development fieldStrong technical leadership and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders.Strong problem-solving orientation, quality-driven mindset, and innovation focus.Embedded SW (Integration, debugging, non-regression, software version delivery, understanding of SW tree structure, coding and naming rules)Fluent English and French skills. Location : Tunisia Your integration on Capgemini Engineering: We designed an Onboarding plan so you can know our organization, our facts and figures, our culture, and the main initiatives. After that, youâll join your Team Leader that will integrate you in the team and project.
