Embroidery Supervisor

About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Embroidery Supervisor to join our team at PT. TRAX SUMBIRI INDO', a leading manufacturer in the Sportwear Manufacturing industry. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the embroidery operations and leading a team of skilled embroidery technicians at our facility located in Batang Regency, Central Java.What you'll be doingSupervise and coordinate the daily activities of the embroidery department, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiencyTrain, develop and motivate the embroidery team to maintain high-quality standards and meet production targetsTroubleshoot and resolve any issues related to embroidery machinery, materials or processesCollaborate with the design and production teams to ensure seamless implementation of embroidery patterns and techniquesMonitor and report on key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvementMake sure all staff and workers follow correct SOP, WI, performance part of company policy during start productionsSupport the continuous improvement of embroidery operations and contribute to the overall success of the companyEnsure the Actual issue achieve (compare to Kanban request)Ensure department follow rule of implementing 6S, compliant, company rule and saving cost and kaizenWhat we're looking forProven experience as an Embroidery Supervisor or a similar role in the garment manufacturing industryStrong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with embroidery machines, materials and techniquesExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve production issuesAbility to lead and motivate a team, providing effective training and developmentStrong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standardsGood communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teamsProficiency in relevant software and systems used in the embroidery and manufacturing processesAbout usPT.
