ResponsibilitiesLegal support for the companys corporate structure (registration, reorganization, liquidation of legal entities, preparation of corporate documents).
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements (SAFT, SAFE, IP, NDAs, investment and partnership agreements, etc. ). Supporting transactions involving digital assets, tokens, DAOs, and other Web3 structures. Advising on matters related to the management companys operations. Monitoring legal and regulatory developments in cryptocurrency, Web3, and FinTech. Supporting intellectual property protection processes. Coordinating with external advisors and law firms across various jurisdictions. RequirementsA higher legal education (law degree). At least 5 years of experience in corporate law, ideally within an international company or law firm. Practical experience with crypto, Web3, or FinTech projects is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate level or above (legal correspondence and documentation). Strong knowledge of international corporate law, financial regulation, and IT compliance fundamentals. Ability to work with distributed teams, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude. Expertise in deal structuring and due diligence support. Experience working with documents governed by common law systems (preferably UK, US, UAE, Singapore, or Swiss law).
