Job DescriptionAbout the RoleJoin Oracle’s Customer Success Services EMEA Go-to-Market (GTM) and Enablement team and help drive strategic initiatives across borders. As a valued member of a dynamic, multicultural group, you’ll play an integral part in supporting and driving impactful programs that leverage innovative AI tools—enhancing daily operations, communications, and reporting. Enablement & Knowledge ManagementResource Maintenance: Manage and maintain knowledge bases and repositories, ensuring that all resources and documentation are accurate and up to date for the team’s needs.Content Curation: Gather, organize, and update enablement materials, guides, and FAQs to support continuous learning and best practices.Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate the sharing of key information, resources, and updates across the team to promote alignment and knowledge transfer. Event Operations (Internal & External)Planning & Logistics: Coordinate scheduling, budgeting, and organization of events such as webinars, conferences, executive visits, and sales kickoffs.Operational Support: Manage event bookings, coordinate with third parties and external vendors, and maintain event calendars.Registrations & Communications: Manage attendee lists, registration pages, event emails, agendas, and all related communications using approved tools.Event Execution: Provide operational support for both in-person and virtual events as needed.Technology Setup: Set up and monitor platforms such as Zoom to ensure a seamless attendee experience.Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report event data; prepare post-event materials and presentations. Communications & Creative ContentContent Creation & Distribution: Design, format, and distribute internal and external communications across multiple channels, using appropriate tools.Creative Development: Propose and implement innovative ideas and formats to effectively engage audiences, staying up to date on relevant trends to enhance storytelling and outreach.Compliance: Ensure that all communications adhere to Oracle’s brand, privacy, and security standards, collaborating with other teams as needed.Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on communication activities, providing actionable insights to GTM and Enablement leads. Success Stories & Customer InsightsTestimonial Program Support: Assist with customer testimonial programs. Help identify and source potential strategic customers and maintain dashboards to track program progress.Program Expansion: Collaborate with regional GTM Leads to launch and scale testimonial initiatives.Insight Generation: Analyze data to identify and prioritize new opportunities for testimonials, expanding the impact and visibility of customer success stories. Reporting & Data ManagementData Analysis: Collect, analyze, and visualize program data to generate actionable insights.Insightful Reporting: Synthesize complex data into clear, compelling presentations and reports for GTM and Enablement leads.Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements to reporting frameworks to maximize their value and effectiveness.
