Job Title: EMEA Partner Manager (B2B SaaS)Location: Germany/Austria (Remote/Hybrid options available)Employment Type: Full-TimeIndustry: SaaS CX / B2B SoftwareAbout the CompanyThey are a fast-growing, international B2B SaaS CX/CEM vendor providing cutting-edge solutions to businesses throughout EMEA & NA. Their platform is trusted by organisations of all sizes to streamline their operations, enhance collaboration, and drive measurable growth. They are expanding their GTM footprint across the DACH/EMEA region and are looking for a strategic and sales driven Partner Manager to lead their efforts in building, managing, and scaling their partner ecosystem.

Position OverviewAs EMEA Partner Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and executing the partner strategy across EMEA, with a specific focus on the DACH region recruiuting, onboarding, and enabling channel and technology partners, in particular OEM's & SI's. You will work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to build mutually beneficial relationships that drive new revenue growth and customer success. Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Strategy: Develop and execute a go-to-market partner strategy for the DACH & wider EMEA region aligned with corporate objectives. Channel/Partner Development:

Identify, recruit, and onboard new resellers, referral partners, System Integrators, and OEM technology alliances. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to increase partner engagement and joint pipeline development. Enablement & Training: Design and deliver partner enablement programs including sales training, product education, and marketing support. Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support joint-selling initiatives, co-selling opportunities, and deal execution with partners. Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), partner success metrics, and revenue attribution. Market Intelligence:

Stay informed of market trends, competitor activity, and partner feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategies. Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner summits across the DACH & EMEA region. Qualifications10+ years of experience in OEM/SI partner management, channel sales, or business development within a B2B SaaS (ideally CX/CEM) or enterprise software environment. Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems in the DACH & wider EMEA region. Excellent contact network & ability to engage up to the C-Suite. Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles, cloud technologies, and enterprise IT environments.

Fluency in English & German both verbal & written (other EMEA languages is a strong plus). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, international environment. Willingness to travel across the region (up to 40%).
