EMEA Senior Payroll Specialist Global SaaS Remote - 6 month contract

A fast-growing global SaaS company is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join its international Accounting team for a period of 6 months, covering a secondment within the team.This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working across borders, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting a truly global workforce. You’ll own multi-country payroll operations, partner with HR, Benefits, and Finance teams, and play a key role in improving processes.Candidates must be immediately available to start and able to work on a contract basis📍 Location: Remote (Ireland OR UK)👥 Reports to: Senior International Payroll ManagerWhat You’ll DoManage end-to-end payroll across multiple EMEA entitiesPartner with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure accuracy and compliancePrepare payroll journal entries and support financial reconciliationsAssist with statutory and internal audits (tax, pension, and social security)Deliver payroll reports and insights to Finance, Accounting, and People teamsDocument and enhance payroll processes for efficiency and controlWhat We’re Looking For5+ years’ experience in full-cycle, multi-country payrollStrong understanding of international payroll compliance and tax legislationHands-on experience with tools like Workday, ActivPayroll, BDO, or similarExcellent attention to detail and stakeholder communication skillsNice to HaveExperience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite)Understanding of SOX compliance or equity compensation (RSUs, ESPPs)Experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech environmentAdditional EMEA languagesPlease reach out to Hannah Alderson @ twentyAI - hannah.alderson@twentyai.com or apply below
