Monitor and maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and organized environment. Assist with incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems.
