Job Description

Emerald Zebra is working closely with a well-established and fast-growing financial services company regulated in multiple jurisdictions and is looking to hire a Marketing Campaign Specialist to join their team in Limassol. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global business that is scaling rapidly in the European market. In this role, you will develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. Responsibilities: Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and offline channels.

Collaborate with global stakeholders to develop high-impact content, including email newsletters, blog posts, landing pages, and advertisements. Conduct research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitor strategies to inform campaign planning. Manage performance-based campaigns across PPC, SEO, and social platforms to drive leads and engagement. Use CRM and marketing automation tools to manage lead funnels and support customer acquisition strategies. Support consistent brand identity across all marketing materials in line with brand guidelines. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize results.

Work with product, operations, design, and customer support teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Collect and use client feedback to refine messaging and improve customer experience. Ensure marketing practices comply with financial services regulations, especially regarding CFD promotion. Background and Experience: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or campaign management, preferably in financial services or CFD sectors. Solid experience with digital marketing tools and channels including Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e. g. , HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.

Strong analytical and project management skills. Excellent communication and content creation abilities. A creative, proactive, and adaptable mindset. Knowledge of financial markets and CFDs is highly desirable.
