This role is Full-time On-site M-F:

Vernon HQWhat You'll DoWork alongside the Production teams and support the domestic production department across all product categoriesCreate, maintain and send out Cut Tickets and Cost SheetsCommunicate and follow up with domestic vendors as needed and cross functional teams on a daily basisTrack garment deliveries and troubleshoot issues to maintain on time shippingERP, report updates and data entryWhat You'll NeedAbility to work in a team as well as work independentlyKnowledge of Excel, WordInteract with cross-functional teams such as Merchandising, Design and Product Development1-2 years of experience in an administrative or similar roleKnowledge and understanding of design, product development, and production process a plusTechnical knowledge of garment construction, understanding of information listed on tech packs a plusInterest in learning more about domestic production and sustainabilityDrivers license, ability to navigate downtown Los Angeles, as neededThrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentStrong organizational, interpersonal skills and incredible attention to detailEfficient, honest, proactive and positive attitudeBenefits & PerksEligible employees get employer-sponsored private medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as commuter benefits to help support your travel to and from work.
