Here’s What You’ll DoConduct design, integration, and validation of electronics and firmwareProduce clear, well-tested code and PCB layouts that others can extendDevelop user-space applications and ROS drivers for sensors on ARM-based Linux platformsConsider industry best practices, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout developmentCreate and run verification test plans, analyse data and confirm requirementsDrive continuous improvement in standards, tooling, and automationTranslate product requirements into concrete technical specs, tasks, and schedulesConduct design reviews, risk assessments, failure mode analysis, mitigating issues earlySupport junior engineers in developing best practices and foster knowledge sharingReport progress through Jira boards, stand-ups, and concise stakeholder updatesChampion a blameless culture focused on solving the right problems and committing to team decisionsHow You’ll Succeed3–5 years experience shipping embedded productsDegree in embedded systems, electronics, mechatronics or similarStrong grasp of digital and mixed‑signal design, PCB layout and bring‑upProficiency with C/C++ plus familiarity with PythonBonus:
