Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the design and delivery of initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and belongingCoordinate and continuously improve onboarding, offboarding, and milestone experiences (e. g.
, anniversaries, promotions)Partner with Director People & Culture to track and act on feedback from engagement surveys and employee check-insProvide day-to-day HR support and advice to employees and line managers on policies, procedures, and best practicesSupport and guide Line managers through performance management, employee relations, and case managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create consistent, high- quality people experiences aligned with our values and cultureSupport internal communications and culture initiatives (e. g.
