This role supports the full spectrum of employee experience, with a strong focus on engagement, wellbeing, onboarding, and performance support. You will collaborate across the organisation to ensure our people practices reflect our values and enhance our employee experience. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the design and delivery of initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and belongingCoordinate and continuously improve onboarding, offboarding, and milestone experiences (e. g.

, anniversaries, promotions)Partner with Director People & Culture to track and act on feedback from engagement surveys and employee check-insProvide day-to-day HR support and advice to employees and line managers on policies, procedures, and best practicesSupport and guide Line managers through performance management, employee relations, and case managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create consistent, high- quality people experiences aligned with our values and cultureSupport internal communications and culture initiatives (e. g.
