Job Title: Quality Assistant (Non-Food Safety)Job Grade: FC04Department Business Unit: QHSE-Quality AssuranceJob Purpose: Under general supervision, the implementation of the quality system in all departments is inspected by monitoring records daily to ensure compliance with established work procedures. Key Result Areas: 1. Ensure adherence to the Quality System in all departments by conducting daily random checks as assigned and reporting on the implementation of activities and usage of forms as per procedures. 2. Report any practices taking place that are not documented in the work procedures. 3.
Assist the senior Quality staff in verifying corrective action of NCR and looking into solutions for persisting problems. 4. Inspect complete or partial flights, meals, products and processes as and when directed by the senior Quality staff. 5. Represent the senior Quality staff at any time of the 24-hour day as per the roster approved by the Senior Quality Manager. 6. Perform other duties associated with the quality function, as assigned. 7. Report any complaints on his shift to senior Quality staff. 8. Apply the Quality Policy and Quality System established by ISO 9001:
2015 international standards and execute all responsibilities according to the department work procedures while reflecting EKFC Quality Policy. Knowledge, Skills & Minimum Experience: Education Qualification: O or A Level in a relevant discipline or equivalent qualification (must have)Work Experience: Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years in the Quality Control function in an ISO-regulated environment. Should have completed minimum on-the-job training and mandatory training. Skills: Analytical skillsExcellent communication skillsInterpersonal skills
