Job Responsibilities: • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the bank’s brand strategy and business objectives. • Develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, newsletters, and digital content. • Manage multi-channel campaigns, including ATL (TV, radio, OOH), BTL (POS, brochures), and digital (social media, email marketing, SEO). • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication materials. • Assist in developing digital marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and lead generation. • Coordinate content creation and posting schedules for social media platforms. • Track and analyze digital campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
• Support in media planning and buying to ensure maximum ROI. • Coordinate with advertising agencies to develop creative assets. • Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Communications. • Required years of experience from 2-4 years in marketing field.
