Job Description

Greet clients, assess their needs and execute the clients KYC. Manage walk in clients, queuing system and marketing materials in the branchPromote and educate clients on e-banking services (I-Net, ATMs, digital systems , Website)Orient clients about required service unitFulfil opportunities to cross sell bank products and services to existing clients and referralsHandle quick clients’ requests, activities, and complaints & escalate as appropriate. Support clients in filling documents / applicationsHandling branch custodies. Verify clients signaturesQualifications: Fresh Graduates or a 1-year experience in a relevant job. Bachelor’s degree with minimum grade Good. Fluent English Language. Good Communication Skill
