About the Role: As a Team Leader – Outbound, you will lead a team of 10–15 telemarketing agents focused on outbound calls to existing banking customers. Your role is to drive revenue by ensuring the team meets sales targets while maintaining high standards of service, compliance, and team engagement. What You'll Do:
Oversee daily outbound operations to achieve individual and team KPIs. Coach, train, and motivate agents to maximize performance. Provide regular feedback and performance reviews. Address underperformance and support skill development. Handle customer escalations to ensure satisfaction. Ensure compliance with internal policies, SLAs, and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement actionable plans. Collaborate with learning teams to close knowledge gaps and deliver training. Foster a high-engagement culture and manage attrition effectively. What You'll NeedUAE National onlyJob location: RAK Bachelor’s degree in any fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in banking (Call Center or Sales).
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lead, coach, and manage team performance effectively. Solid Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
