Job Brief: To participate in designing and implementing effective marketing strategies to build EMKAN brand and increase customer engagement in a properly and quality manner. To collaborate with various internal teams to conduct market and competitive analyses, design promotional campaigns and develop profitable positioning and pricing of EMKAN brand. Job Responsibility: Manage the activities and work performed by direct reports to ensure that it is carried out in an efficient and effective manner, in line with the annual business plans, and departmental policies and procedures.
Contribute to the development of the Branding & Communication budget in alignment to the respective annual business plan. Work closely with Functional Head to plan the manpower budget. Participate in implementing the Branding & Communication policies, systems, processes, procedures and internal controls to deliver a high quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner. Identify potential areas of improvement, to support an efficient and effective operation and contribute towards the continuous improvement of existing policies, processes and procedures by collating inputs from the team, identifying and recommending improvementsEnsure preparation of reports in a timely and accurate manner to meet the departmental requirements.
Responsible for confidentiality of EMKAN’s at during employment with EMKAN. Conduct research to identify market trends and target customers’ preferences and analyze brand positioning and consumer insights Shape and communicate our vision and mission and create marketing plans to increase brand awareness. Ensure strong brand presence in online and offline channels and Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategiesReview packaging and positioning of products and suggest the required improvements and design advertising campaigns for new products and services. Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates in a timely and quality manner.
Assist in developing effective media campaigns and choosing appropriate distribution channels. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs and ensure it meet the agreed expectations. Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics. Monitor new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities and Monitor product distribution and consumer reactionsAdherence to all regulations and control function within the company in order to ensure that governance, Audit, risk and compliance matters are carried out. Fully adherence to the cybersecurity policies, processes, standards and regulations. Skills: Excellent communicator. Well organized. Product management knowledge.

Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or any other relevant field (Master’s degree is preferred). Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or similar.
