Job Description

Job Brief: To analyse customer insights, crafting plans and developing guidelines to promote EMKAN across various channels. To assist in developing and implementing effective brand-building strategies to meet marketing functional objectives and achieve the corporate expectations and standards. Job Responsibility: Work with the internal & external stakeholders to develop an offline & online activation to increase Sales and brand awareness in effective and efficient manner. Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights to enhance EMKAN positioning in the market.

Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategiesParticipate with a team of marketing people working on brand initiativesAssist creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”Contribute in overseeing new and ongoing marketing and advertising activitiesDesign promotional campaigns for new products and marketsAssess the performance of our advertising campaigns and events, analyse market trends and identify new opportunities and challenges. Prepares departmental reports of EMKAN in a timely and accurate manner to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards.

Responsible for confidentiality of information that they have access to or came across during their employment at EMKAN. Adherence to all regulations and control function within the company in order to ensure that governance, Audit, risk and compliance matters are carried out. Fully adherence to the cybersecurity policies, processes, standards and regulations. Skills: Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executivesExperience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaignsExcellent understanding of the full marketing mixGood knowledge in brand-building projects.

Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mindData-driven thinking and an affinity for numbersOutstanding communication skillsUp-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practicesQualifications and Experiences: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or any other relevant field (Master’s degree is preferred). Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in Branding Job Role.
