Brief summary of job profile:The successful candidate will play a central role in driving employee engagement within the Highlands Coffee. This position is responsible for executing internal engagement activities, collecting and analyzing employee data, and developing programs that align with the needs, expectations, and priorities of the workforce.Understanding employee perspectives and experiences is key to enhancing their interaction with the organization. Therefore, this role requires the ability to develop comprehensive engagement plans, deliver services, manage budgets, and coordinate projects that contribute to improving the overall employee experience.Key Tasks:Design and implement engagement programs: Develop ideas and plans to organize internal activities that strengthen employee connection and team spirit.Internal communication: Plan and execute communication campaigns tailored to each program, ensuring messages are effectively delivered to employees.Cross-functional coordination: Work closely with relevant departments to implement engagement activities, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.Content management: Write, edit, and review all content across internal communication channels such as email, bulletin boards, radio, etc.Develop new communication channels: Explore and expand modern internal communication formats, especially digital platforms.Employee data analysis: Collect and analyze information related to employee satisfaction, needs, and feedback to propose improvement initiatives.Budget and project management: Monitor and control the budget for engagement programs, ensuring efficient and goal-oriented use.Reporting and recommendations: Prepare periodic reports on program effectiveness and propose solutions to enhance employee experience.Key Performance Indicators: 3 – 5 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Event Management in a fast-paced corporate environmentConfident in writing and passionate about creating engaging content for internal audiencesCompliance of HR planning within BUSuccessful implementation of ER team initiatives in BURight quality and quantity of internal engagement projects and communication channelsEmployee Satisfaction & Engagement ScoreBachelor’s degree in HR management, PR, Journalism, Marketing.Working time: Mon - Fri (8hrs/day) | Working location: Dist.2, HCMC
