Our transformative programs are a driving force to achieving Vision 2030, as well as leading the world towards regenerative tourism.Join RSG and be part of the positive change for Saudi Arabia and the world.Job PurposeThe Sponsorship Director will be responsible for building and leading a world-class sponsorship function that maximizes the commercial and brand value of Red Sea Global’s destinations.This role will design and deliver both inbound and outbound sponsorship strategies, secure high-value partnerships across priority sectors, and ensure the effective delivery and activation of sponsorship rights.By combining commercial acumen with relationship excellence, the Director will drive revenue growth, foster long-term partnerships, and position The Red Sea and AMAALA as leading global platforms for luxury, lifestyle, and sustainability-focused sponsorships.Job ResponsibilitiesReceive and log employee complaints, grievances, and incident.Prioritize cases based on severity, risk, and potential legal implications.Create a comprehensive ER tracker (Dashboard) to track case progress and update.Conduct an initial assessment to determine case type (i.e. misconduct, harassment, performance issue or attendance).Lead confidential investigations into employee misconduct, grievance, or policy violations.Conduct interviews with complainants, respondents, and witnesses, ensuring fairness and adherence to procedural standards.Gather, verify, and analyze evidence (emails, documents etc.)Maintain detailed documentation to ensure auditability and compliance with labor law and company regulations.Draft comprehensive investigation reports summarizing allegations, findings, witness statements, evidence, and conclusions.Prepare executive summaries or case briefs for review by management, HR Leadership and GTMC.Maintain proper case records and ensure confidentiality.Recommend appropriate disciplinary measures in alignment with RSG IWR.Prepare DA letters (verbal or written warning and deduction).Coordinate with Payroll, Cybersecurity, and HR Operations for enforcement and closure of disciplinary cases.Manage the grievance process from receipt, acknowledgment, investigation to resolution.Ensure impartial evaluation and provide formal responses to complainants.Identify patterns or recurring grievances.SkillsInvestigative skillsEvidence analysisInterviewing techniquesCase managementReport writingLegal and policy interpretationKnowledge of Saudi Labor LawApplication of disciplinary actionsGrievance handlingCommunication skillsDocumentation and record keepingPresentation skillsGood knowledge with MS office applications, especially, Excell.
