We’re seeking a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to join our team and play a key role in managing complex employee relations matters, supporting leadership, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic, people-focused organization.About the Role As a Senior Employee Relations Specialist, you will independently manage moderately complex employee relations (ER) cases and drive resolution with integrity and professionalism. You’ll conduct thorough investigations into workplace issues such as harassment, discrimination, and policy violations while ensuring confidentiality and compliance. Partnering closely with leaders, HR Business Partners, and legal counsel, you’ll advise on fair and consistent practices that support our culture of respect and accountability.Your work will also include guiding leaders through performance management and corrective action processes, facilitating terminations, and promoting strong communication across all levels of the organization. In unionized environments, you’ll play a vital role in resolving grievances, interpreting collective bargaining agreements, and maintaining positive labor relations.In addition, you’ll manage the medical accommodation process, balancing employee advocacy with business needs, and ensuring that all cases are well-documented. You’ll also collaborate with Learning and Development to deliver training on ER topics, contribute to continuous process improvement, and lead special HR projects.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field.5–7 years of employee relations experience, with a strong focus on investigations and compliance.Solid understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and ER best practices.Experience using HRIS and case management systems.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.Must be local to Boca Raton, FL and available to work onsite 3 days per week.Preferred:Experience in unionized environments.SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.Join a team where your expertise shapes a culture of fairness, respect, and collaboration.
