Job SummaryWe are seekinf for Emplyee relation officer To foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations activities, ensuring fair treatment, compliance with labor laws, and effective conflict resolution, thereby enhancing employee engagement and organizational performance.Duties & responsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for employee concerns, complaints, and workplace disputes.Conduct investigations into workplace issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters.Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, labor law, and company proceduresAssist in the development, review, and communication of HR policies and procedures.Ensure all employee relations practices comply with local labor laws and company regulations.Organize employee engagement programs to enhance morale and workplace satisfaction.Plan, organize, and execute internal events, activities, and initiatives to promote a positive workplace atmosphere.Collaborate with management and employees to identify engagement opportunities and improve workplace culture.Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding engagement-related matters.Collect feedback from employees and recommend improvements to work environment and culture.Handle the full process of visa applications, renewals, and related documentation.Coordinate with relevant government authorities, agencies, and vendors regarding visa requirements.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Support other administrative functions as required by the HR and Administration departments.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field..1.5 + years in HR, with a focus on employee relations..Excellent verbal and written communication skills in business English.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.Confidentiality and ethical judgement.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management tools.Empathy Intelligence PreferredJoin our team and be part of a dynamic and supportive work environment where your contributions are valued and recognise.
