Job Description

Job Target: Build the TO C service platform of the rep office to integrate and facilitate the implementation.Government, personnel, IT and other employee-oriented services, to employeesDesign and orchestrate center, provide scenario-based services, and expand high prices.Provide services to improve employee work efficiency and support organizational operations.Manage the business of the one-stop employee service center.Be responsible for scenario-based service design and management: integrate and streamline services across departments.Domain business, adapt and implement the one-stop scenario business flow, and use employeesWork-centered, end-to-end management of service quality and efficiency in all scenariosRate and experience to promote service optimization in scenarios.Develop and manage high-value services: manage land prices.Expand and implement value services and construct high-value services (such as customers).management capability and support team for customer visit reception and meeting affairs assuranceWeaving efficient operations.Manage and operate the one-stop employee service center.On-site service of the service center, establishment of operation regulations and service standards, and continuously optimize services through satisfaction management.Manage entry and exit servicesResponsible for event delivery managementBe responsible for business operation and team management.
