Job Description

Reporting directly to the Group Chief People Officer, the Employer Branding Lead is responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s employer branding strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent. This role drives internal and external advocacy initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and organizational culture. The position requires strong collaboration with People & Culture, Communications, and Marketing teams to position the company as an employer of choice.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a group-wide Employer Value Proposition (EVP) aligned with organizational values and culture.Adapt and tailor the EVP for various entities within the Taylor’s Education Group to ensure local relevance and impact.Establish and oversee an Employer Branding Governance Framework to ensure consistency across all communication channels, including LinkedIn, career pages, and recruitment campaigns.Integrate the EVP into key people processes such as recruitment, onboarding, recognition, and learning and development initiatives.Design and lead storytelling and social media strategies that authentically represent the employee experience and company culture.Build and manage leadership and employee advocacy programs to strengthen the organization’s voice and presence in external platforms.Partner with Internal Communications to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging EVP messaging across all internal and external touchpoints.Monitor and evaluate the impact of employer branding initiatives through qualitative and quantitative insights to drive continuous improvement.Collaborate closely with HR and Marketing to ensure alignment between talent attraction efforts and overall brand strategy.Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of employer branding, talent marketing, and digital engagement strategies.Exceptional communication, storytelling, and content development skills.Strategic and data-informed mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.Proven ability to manage projects and engage cross-functional stakeholders effectively.Familiarity with HR processes and the integration of EVP across the employee lifecycle.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in employer branding, talent marketing, or corporate communications.Demonstrated experience in managing employer branding or employee advocacy programs, preferably within large or multi-entity organizations.
