Using your skills in engaging with people and employers, you will impact lives by equipping clients with marketable skills for new employment, helping them become competitive candidates, assist in placing injured workers in to suitable work hardening placements and by opening doors with them with employers in the best new job for them.As a valued team member, your responsibilities will be to:Help source suitable placements for the implementation of return to work programs and work hardening programsHelp clients develop the skills needed to be a competent and competitive job seeker in the current employment marketActively market the skills and aptitudes of individual job seekers to suitable employers. Support and walk beside your clients to engage them in an effective job seeking journeyDevelop and harness a network of employers to secure on the job training and employment opportunities for your clientUnderstand current employment incentive schemes and how to use them to get your client the best new job for themCoach and motivate your clients to become the best new employee possible and to secure their next job. QualificationsWhat you’ll bring to the role:Positivity, empathy and persistence to do an important job wellExperience within employment services, recruitment, marketing or BTB salesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to multi-task and effective time managementKnowledge and understanding of Workers' Compensation and injury management (desirable).
