Employment Associate – Dublin (2 plus PQE)OverviewA leading full-service commercial law firm in Dublin is seeking an experienced Employment Associate to join its highly regarded Employment team. The firm has a long-established reputation for excellence and innovation and offers an ambitious, collaborative culture where hard work and adaptability are recognised and rewarded.This is an excellent opportunity to work with high-profile public and private sector clients across a wide variety of sectors, collaborating closely with Corporate and Commercial teams on cutting-edge projects.The Role:You will handle a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:Advising employers on all aspects of the employment relationship, from recruitment through to termination.Advising on risk management, corporate transactions, and transfer of undertakings.Representing clients before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court, and Civil Courts.Providing day-to-day HR support on disciplinary processes, employment contracts, restrictive covenants, pension issues, and statutory entitlements.Advising on public sector-specific employment law matters.The Candidate:2 plus years’ PQE in employment law gained in private practice and/or in-houseStrong organisational and interpersonal skills, with energy, enthusiasm, and motivationProven ability to manage files, work independently, and engage directly with clientsKeen interest in business development and building long-term client relationshipKey Competencies:Excellent drafting and analytical skill.Ability to communicate complex points clearly and collaborate effectively across team.Calm, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.Willingness to attend networking and marketing events as required.Remuneration:A highly competitive package is on offer, including salary, bonus, pension, and additional benefits, commensurate with experience.For a confidential discussion call David Danagher on 083 3962899
