In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and their families, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial inquiry to appointment completion. Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing accurate information about our services, scheduling, and billingAssist patients with scheduling and rescheduling appointments, ensuring optimal route planning for our mobile dental teamsProvide compassionate support to patients and their caregivers, addressing concerns and resolving issues with patience and efficiencyMaintain accurate and detailed patient records in our CRM systemCollaborate closely with our clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth patient journeysEducate patients on the benefits of mobile dental care and guide them through the processHandle insurance inquiries and assist with payment processingContribute to the continuous improvement of our customer care processes and patient experienceRequirementsQualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in a healthcare settingExceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong active listening and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in using CRM software and other office applicationsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environmentEmpathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help othersFamiliarity with medical/dental terminology is a plusAbility to work 8am-5pm PST BenefitsCompensation: Enjoy a competitive hour rate of $18. 00Perks:
