Chief Commercial OfficerB2B SaaS Growth-Stage MedTechEnableSearch is partnering with a leading Australian MedTech scale-up to appoint a dynamic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead its commercial and go-to-market strategy. Backed by a modern, cloud-native platform, the company is transforming how care is delivered across both public and private healthcare sectors. Based in Sydney or Melbourne and reporting directly to the CEO, the CCO will drive new business growth, strategic partnerships, and brand visibility. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for owning all commercial functions while actively participating in high-value deal execution.

The CCO will lead a team of sales and marketing professionals and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's revenue strategy, market positioning, and long-term growth. The OpportunityOwn and execute a GTM strategy that spans sales, marketing, partnerships, and channel design. Lead the charge on new business development, with a hands-on focus on enterprise deals, strategic partnerships, and revenue generation. Navigate public and private healthcare procurement, RFPs, and complex stakeholder environments. Shape and evolve commercial models, pricing, and growth strategies in line with customer needs and regulatory realities.

Champion scalable sales and marketing programs leveraging AI and modern martech to improve conversion, visibility, and reach.
