Job Description

Important InformationExperience: Minimum 3 years Job Mode: Full-time Work Mode: Hybrid (Remote / Office-based options available)Job SummaryDefine and drive the roadmap for the Social Media Management (SMM) platform. Identify user pain points, validate solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Oversee the full product lifecycle: from discovery and research to launch and post-launch evaluation. Analyze user feedback, usage metrics, and market trends to guide product decisions. Responsibilities and DutiesDefine and prioritize product initiatives based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver features. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring high-quality releases.

Draft detailed product requirements, user stories, and documentation. Establish and lead acceptance testing processes. Contribute to the long-term product vision and strategy of the SMM platform. Qualifications and Skills3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments. Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful products. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven mindset; hands-on experience with analytics tools (e. g. , Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics). Nice to have: Experience with social media technology or content management systems.
