Ability to create and write user storiesMicrosoft Office suite including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, PowerAppsIncident and IT alerting platforms such as ServiceNow and xMattersAPM and Logging products such as SiteScope, Dynatrace, SplunkStrong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. 5+ years of experience in Information TechnologyBachelor's degreeHas worked on agile team or has 2+ years of agile experienceUnderstanding of Software Development MethodologiesKnowledge of ITIL processes
