With a worldwide footprint of engineering centers, testing labs and manufacturing facilities, Garrett serves all major automotive companies to implement key differentiated technology offerings.Find Out More About This OpportunityJoin our team as a End to End Network Planner and you will:Be responsible and accountable for ensuring stable, levelled production planning and execution that meet customer demand on time, along with optimized cash and cost for the full planning horizon (24 months). You will work with demand planners, customer desks, vendor schedulers, and warehousing teams to roll out production plans and monitor their adherence and reporting. You will drive operational excellence to achieve organizational objectives. You will lead and coordinate cross-functionally for production plan adherence, timely escalation, and support on capacity allocation, and manpower planning with the plant team.What You'll DoCoordinate and lead supply planning for production.Execute supply planning activities using the o9 Integrated Planning Tool at European and India plants.Coordinate planning activities for SIOP, demand, production, and shipping.Maintain a valid Master Production Schedule (MPS) to balance supply and demand.Issue and communicate the weekly MPS to reflect plant SIOP and customer demand.Coordinate daily and weekly production plans to ensure on-time customer delivery.Prepare and share monthly sales, inventory, and operations plans (SIOP).Monitor and make changes to meet SIOP targets.Coordinate production plans during crisis managment.Support new product introductions and major production transfers.Manage finished goods inventory to maximize customer satisfaction.EducationWhat we need:Post Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.ExperienceMinimum 5-8 years in supply planning, production planning, and control.Skills And KnowledgeExperience in the automotive industry preferred.Proficiency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.Proficiency in statistics and ERP tools like o9 and SAP.Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.Experience with MS Office (Excel advanced, PowerPoint, PowerBi).BehaviorsPreferred Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or equivalent.Customer-focused.Strong analytical skills to challenge forecast data.Team player, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.BenefitsMeal tickets13th salaryPrivate medical insuranceExtended health insurance for employees and dependentsLEARN & DEVELOPExtensive online and on-site training programsSupport for Green Belt Six Sigma CertificationPeer2Peer Training program: learn and teach one another, offer advice, and engageCareer growth & promotion opportunitiesInternational work environmentRELAX & WELL-BEINGFriendly working environment, alongside talented and dedicated peopleNetworking areaEmployee assistance program for all our employees (professionals ready to listen and speak with you on all subjects)26 vacation days per year for all our employees
