Job DescriptionThe Facility Manager role is responsible for organising and coordinating facility-related administrative activities in Endava’s Iasi office, ensuring organisational effectiveness and efficiency at the local level. He/she will ensure that the Iasi office meets Endava’s operational standards, while also taking into account the specific needs and characteristics of this location. The role involves working with brief instructions and minimal supervision. A key focus is building strong relationships with Endava’s stakeholders and managing external parties such as suppliers, service providers, and landlords to support smooth office operations. Responsibilities:

Prepares operational and capital expenditure budgets and manages all associated costs within approved timelines and budgets in alignment with the DU Manager. Contributes to monthly reports working closely with DU Manager, Group Workplace Team and Finance Team;Identify areas of improvement in office infrastructure (furniture, equipment, building repairs, IT infrastructure, security) and propose budgets and implementation plans. Ensure a positive workplace experience for all staff and visitors and provide input into any changes to improve it. Conduct regular inspections of the office, checking building systems, fixtures, and movable items to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance.

Ensure all office modifications meet legal requirements and company standards. Review and validate landlord invoices against lease terms and follow up on discrepancies. Coordinate office relocation, decommissioning, and subletting activities. Ensure contracts in facility and office management are aligned with company policies and manage supplier relationships. Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, escalating issues that risk legal or safety breaches. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. More than 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficient in English (B2 level). Strong experience in purchasing and supplier management.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
