Position summary:This position leads sales team (depends on business needs) to achieve yearly quotas, to increase market share and also to coordinate overall sales activities to enhance business.Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)Lead a sales team (if applicable) to implement sales activities and support local marketing activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goalMaintain a close network of cooperative relationship with business partners, distributors and customersPrepare regular analyses and reports on sales, products, customers, sales status, and competitors’ activitiesHandle highly specialized product in the competitive marketCoordinate with distributors on the execution of sales plans and programs activitiesConduct sales training on products and selling techniques for distributorsDevelop and implement training for sales representativesEducation & Experience:Degree holder in medicine, medical, or sales and marketing related areaAt least 4 years sales and marketing experience in healthcare industryProven record in sales management, channel management and key account managementPhysical & Mental Requirements:Strong leadership skills.Excellent problem solving & interpersonal skillsResults-oriented with good negotiation &communications skillStrong business acumenDemonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externally.Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment.Leadership (People Management requirement)Has decision-making authority for allocation of work/job scope, promotion, recruitment within own teamStryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
