Our vision is to make the Karelian gold line a significant and responsible gold production area. Our goal is to increase production volumes annually and to start production in the southern part of the Karelian gold line, the southern gold line, within five years.

Would you like to be a part of this success?We are seeking a motivated and skilled EXPLORATION GEOLOGIST to join our growing team in the search for and development of gold resources. This is a key role in our ongoing efforts to identify new mineralization targets, support active exploration programs, and deepen geological understanding across our tenements. As part of a collaborative and safety-conscious team, you are a pivotal part our exploration and resource geology teams to plan, execute, and interpret the results from exploration activities that align with our company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilitiesdesign and implement field-based exploration programs including mapping and sampling.

log diamond drill core to collect high-quality geological dataInterpret geological information and contribute to 3D geological model developmentsupervise contractors and drill crews, ensuring safe and efficient field operationsmaintain accurate geological records and databasesprepare clear, concise technical reports, maps, and presentations for internal and external stakeholdersensure full compliance with environmental, health, and safety standardsRequirementsstrong skills in bedrock and structural geologyhands-on experience collecting geological observations from drill core and outcropsproficient in Microsoft Office applicationsfamiliarity with QA/QC protocols and sampling best practicesexcellent verbal and written communication in English (Finnish is an advantage)master’s degree in Geology or a related fieldvalid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicleproactive, safety-focused, and team-oriented work ethicDesirable Qualifications (Not Required but Advantageous)experience with geological/GIS software such as Leapfrog, Micromine, or QGISfamiliarity with Archean greenstone belt lithologiesadvanced understanding of orogenic gold systems or similar mineral systemsknowledge of geophysical methods and interpretation techniquesOn-site presence is expected to support data collection and oversee exploration activities.
