About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Endpoint and Device Management Administrator to oversee the full lifecycle management of our organization’s laptops, desktops, and endpoint devices. You will be responsible for both Windows (Lenovo) and macOS fleets, ensuring secure configuration, regular updates, and alignment with IT and security standards. This role is pivotal in maintaining a reliable, secure, and productive device ecosystem for our users.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the lifecycle management of all endpoint devices (Windows and macOS), including provisioning, configuration, patching, and decommissioning.Develop, maintain, and improve standard device builds and imaging processes for all supported platforms.Create and maintain baseline configurations, integrating security policies, required applications, and productivity tools.Manage regular patching and update cycles (OS, drivers, firmware, third-party apps) using Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, or similar platforms.Monitor and maintain device health and compliance, proactively resolving issues related to performance, connectivity, and hardware reliability.Administer endpoint security controls (BitLocker/FileVault, antivirus, EDR) to ensure compliance and a secure working environment.Troubleshoot and support end users with hardware and software incidents across Windows and macOS.Collaborate closely with IT security and support teams to align device management with organizational standards.Maintain thorough documentation of build standards, processes, and changes.Required Skills & CriteriaProven experience in endpoint/device management for both Windows and macOS environments.Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Azure AD Join, and Jamf Pro (or equivalent).Strong understanding of modern endpoint management, zero-touch provisioning, and automated patching strategies.Experience with device imaging, baseline configuration, and policy enforcement.Solid knowledge of endpoint security controls (encryption, antivirus, EDR).Excellent troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.Strong documentation and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with IT security, infrastructure, and support teams.Nice to Have CertificationsMicrosoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator AssociateApple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)
