About The RoleWe’re hiring a PR Growth Partner to lead the development of omni-channel campaigns that drive both brand trust and business outcomes. This is a hybrid PR and growth role — not just about generating awareness, but building campaigns that deliver tangible, measurable impact. You’ll join the Brand Authority team within the Content division and work cross-functionally with Influencers, Partnerships, Product, SEO, and Newsletters to bring compelling, creative narratives to life. From product launches to strategic collaborations, you’ll own the entire campaign lifecycle — from ideation and forecasting to rollout and reporting.

This is a hands-on, strategic role with a strong emphasis on creativity, ownership, and business impact. About The TeamYou’ll report directly to the Content Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with:

Product Leads, Partnerships, Influencers, Newsletters, SEO, and Content Executive Team and external consultants on strategic communication projects Internal writers and designers to shape narratives and briefsResponsibilities Own the full lifecycle of PR Growth Campaigns — from strategy and narrative development to execution and analysis Launch creative, trust-focused initiatives across channels like Influencers, Product, Newsletters, SEO, Partnerships, On-site banners, and paid media Translate product or business milestones into compelling stories and angles with measurable bottom-line impact Forecast campaign results, define KPIs (e. g.

GMV, ROAS, new users), and iterate based on insights from tools like Mixpanel and GA Build and maintain strong media relationships, securing coverage in high-value outlets and platforms Develop cross-functional campaign roadmaps and briefs that guide internal and external collaborators toward unified execution Contribute to Eneba’s B2B positioning project in collaboration with the executive team and external advisors Help build a scalable playbook for trust-based and milestone-driven communication campaignsMust-have Requirements4+ years of experience in PR, communications, or growth-related marketing roles, ideally within B2C or B2B eCommerce, SaaS, or digital productsHands-on exposure to B2B comms, brand positioning, and internal-external alignmentTrack record of launching creative, multi-channel campaigns that go beyond awareness and deliver measurable business resultsStrong creative thinking and growth hacking mindset — you see what others miss and bring bold ideas to lifeExcellent storytelling and narrative-building skills; you know how to package product features or business milestones for multiple audiencesStrategic planning and performance analysis capabilities — from roadmap creation to post-launch reportingDeep understanding of how to coordinate XFN marketing (Influencers, SEO, Product, Partnerships, Newsletters, etc.
