The RoleAs an Associate, you will work in a truly international environment, engaging with clients across different time zones. You will often work directly with senior client teams, providing advice based on your analysis and strategic assessments.

Adopting an owner’s mindset approach to acquisitions and the management of portfolio companiesDriving an ESG mindset into the management of investee companies and platformsRequirementsRelevant degree in economics, finance, data analytics, or related fieldMinimum 5 years’ experience in Excel modelling, presentation development, and transaction management — ideally from private equity, fund management, consulting, or investment banking Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with a focus on financial modellingExperience in the renewable energy sector is an advantage, but not essential.
Market-based experience across electricity, gas and other markets will be highly regardedDemonstrated ability in project management, alongside partners and advisorsStrong communication skills and the ability to understand complex structuresMust be eligible to work in Europe to be considered for this role.
