Key responsibilities include data entry, processing and scanning of vendor invoices, data review and trend analysis. This position coordinates the communication and resolution of invoice discrepancies between the client, vendors, and our colleagues. This position requires ownership of various assigned supplemental activities that support the controls and processes needed for successful fulfilment of client requirements. You will be working in a fast paced, dynamic team-oriented environment.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport Operations by extracting, analysing, and organizing data in accurate, concise and professional formats. Understand and be able to work with the database systems to produce existing reports and develop/create other reports as needed. Utilize and/or develop spreadsheets, reports and existing software for analysing and communicating energy data in effective reports. Have the competence and confidence to work independently on projects as assigned.  Manage customer energy information. Examples include budget creation and maintenance, market price updates, and risk management monitoring reports. Prepare monthly usage reports, load profiles, and benchmarking. Assist Account Managers in the evaluation of changes in pricing and tariffs. Support/assist Account Managers in researching, analysing, and resolving customer needs.  Direct communication with customers and vendors will occur on a regular basis.
