We are seeking a skilled Automotive Fleet Technician to join our team and help maintain our fleet to the highest standards of safety and performance. Position SummaryThe Automotive Fleet Technician will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing our fleet of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, possess current A-Series ASE certifications, and be committed to safety and quality. Working in a dynamic, collaborative, and fun environmentCoached and supported career growthWhat Will I Do?Perform routine maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of fleet vehicles, including light to mid-sized trucks and vans. Accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues and determine appropriate solutions. Maintain detailed service and repair records for each vehicle in the fleet. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Utilize personal tools and equipment to complete work effectively and efficiently. Collaborate with other technicians and fleet supervisors to prioritize and complete repairs in a timely manner.
Conduct road tests to ensure proper operation and safety of vehicles. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Do I Have What It Takes?Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician, preferably with fleet vehicles. Current A-Series ASE certifications required. High school diploma or GED required. Must supply own tools and toolbox. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a background check. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
