Job Description

Enertrade, part of Gjonaj Group Holding, is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Energy Intraday Scheduler to join our Energy Trading team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting nominations and schedules to Transmission System Operators (TSOs), market operators, and counterparties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with market deadlines. This role requires strong organizational skills, precision, and effective communication in a fast-paced trading environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Scheduling & NominationsPrepare, submit, and validate power schedules and nominations to TSOs, market platforms, and counterparties.Ensure timely delivery of schedules in line with market deadlines and regulations.Manage rescheduling processes in case of operational changes or counterparties’ requests. 2. Shift Operations (Second Shift)Work during afternoon-evening shifts to ensure continuous scheduling coverage.Monitor daily delivery schedules and grid conditions, identifying deviations and potential issues.Coordinate with intraday traders and operators for portfolio adjustments. 3. Communication & CoordinationAct as the main point of contact with TSOs, market operators, and counterparties regarding scheduling.Provide accurate and timely updates to internal teams (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office).Escalate and resolve operational or scheduling discrepancies in a timely manner. 4. Compliance & DocumentationEnsure all scheduling activities comply with regulatory standards and company procedures.Maintain accurate logs of nominations, schedules, and communications.Support internal audits and reporting requirements. 5. Reporting & HandoverPrepare clear handover notes for the next shift to ensure operational continuity.Report scheduling issues and propose corrective measures.Contribute to improving scheduling processes and efficiency. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Energy, or related field.Previous experience in energy trading, scheduling, or operations is an advantage.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with scheduling systems is a plus.Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.Flexibility to work on shifts and occasionally support other shifts if needed.
