The Operations Manager will be tasked with overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring effective workflow and efficiency.

Responsibilities include developing operational policies and strategies, coordinating between departments, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. Additionally, the role involves problem-solving and implementing improvements to maximize productivity and profitability. Qualifications-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. -At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations management, preferably in the LPG, FMCG, or logistics sectors. -Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills. -Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. -Effective communication and interpersonal skills across all levels. -Solid understanding of budgeting, stock control, and reporting practices.

-Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and ensure timely execution. -Knowledge of safety regulations and logistics operations is a strong advantage.
