In addition, we are only collecting resumes and interviewing based off the skillset and qualifications listed for this location *** What You Will DoAs a consultant on the South Market Team in Puerto Rico, you will play a key role in the decarbonization of energy provider clients. In your project teams, you will collaborate with our team of energy experts to support critical and complex energy transition projects. You will be responsible for the development of project results and client management. You will own the delivery of project workstreams and interact regularly with the client to ensure engagement success. This includes supporting/leading day-to-day internal team meetings and coordinating/facilitating meetings with clients and their stakeholders. You will be expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to clients.We are looking for someone with passion who is interested in growing their expertise and industry relationships. They will have a passion for creative problem-solving, client service, and project management in Puerto Rico.Key Responsibilities IncludeSupporting the team in creative problem-solving to drive outcomes for clientsProvide detailed fact findings, research, and analysis on energy-related activities (particularly energy efficiency, grid modernization, renewable energy, customer programs, new business models, and sustainability)Performing and reviewing technology assessments statistical analyses, and economic analyses leveraging spreadsheetsSupport workshops and working sessions between client departments and organizations to lead discussions, form relationships and facilitate consensus-buildingCommunicating solutions and new strategies to clients through reports and presentationsOrganizing and preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for client deliverablesWorking effectively with colleagues and client staff as part of a project team, delegating work and managing colleagues as needed; work independently as neededWhat You Will NeedDue to nature of client engagements, must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident.Consultant II - Bachelor’s in an engineering, business, economics, environmental, science or related discipline and 1+ years of relevant energy industry or energy consulting experience (excluding internships/coops, or fellowships); Or Master’s degree in an engineering, business, economics, environmental, science or related discipline and relevant course work, internships/coops, or fellowships.Senior Consultant - Bachelor’s in an engineering, business, economics, environmental, science or related discipline and 3+ years of relevant energy industry or energy consulting experience (excluding internships/coops, or fellowships);
