We are currently looking for Trading Operations and Contract Management Business Partner (Global) to join our team in the İstanbul Office!Key Responsibilities:

· Complete new market registrations according to company’s business plan· Negotiate the contract terms with companies· Engage in initiatives for solutions/outcomes that will minimize risk to the Company's interests in contract management· Follows the process of mutual signing of the contracts with companies· Creating contract layouts for end user & power&gas, domestic/cross-border market products and services· Ability to manage multiple tasks at once· Modifying contracts to match the ever-changing market conditions, legislations, operational&commercial terms· Ensuring contractual compliance between commercial and legal departments of the company· Invoicing (prepare ,follow up & inform accounting department )· Follow up bank guarantee letter management· Deal capture process (deal approvals, protocols etc.

)· Technical settlement· Reporting (financial, operational etc. )Who are we looking for?· 1-3 years of Operations and Contract Management experience· Preferably have an understating or knowledge about energy sector, power, gas trading, and environmental commodities· Excellent command of English both writing and speaking· Advance knowledge of MS Office Programs and Power BI· Good communication and negotiation skills· Analytical thinking· Careful and focused· Highly skilled in planning and strong in follow up· Ability to manage multiple tasks at once· Able to work effectively with deadlines and under time pressure· No restriction to travel.
