Job Description

About The Role: The Senior QA Engineer, is the main responsible for defining and driving the quality assurance strategy within the product they are mainly working in. Lead test automation efforts, establish best quality practices, and work closely with developers, product owners, external customers, and other stakeholders to enhance the reliability and scalability of our platform, identifying issues early in the development process. What You'll Be Doing: As a Senior QA Engineer, you will take ownership of quality assurance across the development lifecycle of existing systems, new features, and customer onboarding and deliverables.

You will be hands-on in shaping how we build, test, and release high-quality features, while also contributing to the long-term vision for test automation and QA processes. Your day-to-day work will be mostly dedicated to implementation, in close collaboration with engineers, customers, and other stakeholders. Plan, design, and review test cases for new features and system enhancements in collaboration with development teams. Write and maintain automated test cases, and ensure continuous test coverage and reliability. Monitor and analyse automated test results, ensuring timely feedback to development teams and minimising false positives.

Lead the test automation strategy, choosing and maintaining scalable test suites that are integrated into our CI/CD pipelines. Own defect reporting and management, tracking issues through to resolution and verifying fixes. Own customer onboarding and platform upgrades quality assurance, supporting testing and validation in coordination with the technical onboarding team. Continuously improve QA practices, identifying opportunities to evolve tools, workflows, and testing approaches. Represent Enfuce QA in front of any internal stakeholder and our customers when needed. Support knowledge sharing and mentoring within the engineering team, fostering a quality-first mindset. What You'll Bring:

Experience designing, implementing and executing manual and automated test cases (We use Robot Framework right now). Skilled in API and performance testing Familiar with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (We use GitLab CI)Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to risk detection Confident communicator with both technical teams and customers Experienced documenting clearly test plans, issues, and quality trendsPassionate about quality both learning and sharing QA knowledge Comfortable in fast-paced environments and shifting priorities Nice To Have: Experience in payments, card issuing, or API-driven platforms.
