Working alongside senior executives with proven global experience, you will help bridge brand development, marketing and sales, global licensing, and content production for IPs such as , , and .Role Description :- Manage communication with overseas partners, distributors, and licensing agents for existing and future in-house IPs- Oversee project development, content production milestones, and sales activities on in-house IPs such as Armorsaurs and Muzik Tiger- Prepare internal reports, reviews, presentations, and contract documents (NDAs, approvals, etc.)- Organize and maintain project assets, documentation, and internal databases- Coordinate overseas sales meetings, exhibitions, and business tripsRequired QualificationsQualifications :- 5+ years of experience in animation, character licensing, or video games- Business-level English (able to lead or participate in meetings)- Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Suite- Strong reporting, documentation, and organizational skills- Available for international travelPreferred Qualifications- Comfortable with Cloud solutions (Canva, Dropbox, Airtable etc.) and Ai Tools
