This role offers the chance to work on high-impact projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative, user-centric and data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Leading customer technology engagements, supporting CRM and digital solution design and implementationManaging and facilitating agile and hybrid delivery projectsConducting workshops to gather, prioritise and document business and user requirementsDesigning and optimising business processes using Lean and process mapping techniquesActing as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting product and solution strategyDriving innovation in customer-facing services and digital touchpointsSupporting implementation of CRM platforms and emerging technologies such as AITranslating customer insights and data into actionable strategiesYour Background & Experience:
4–5 years of experience in customer experience, product ownership, or technology-led transformationStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsWorking knowledge of agile and waterfall delivery methodologiesExperience with CRM tools (e. g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), Martech, CPQ and customer analyticsBackground in Lean, Six Sigma or process improvement methodologiesFamiliarity with business process modelling tools (e. g. Microsoft Visio) and agile collaboration platforms (e. g. Azure DevOps)Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and support business decision-making through data-driven insightsPrior experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master or in a similar role is highly desirableWhat You’ll Need to Succeed:
