📌 Hiring: Engagement Manager / Technical Project Manager (AI Projects)📍 Location: UAE🗣 Languages: Arabic + English (must)We are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager / Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end AI project delivery. This role involves working closely with business and technical teams to ensure smooth execution and real business impact.Key Responsibilities Lead full lifecycle delivery of AI/ML projects for enterprise clients in KSA or UAE.Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, and project progress.Coordinate with internal teams to align solution design, timelines, and technical requirements.Identify challenges, mitigate risks, and keep the project on track.Guide clients in understanding AI/ML solutions and the value they bring.🔹 Additional ResponsibilitiesMaintain project documentation, reports, and timelines.Build strong business cases and value realization plans with clients.Handle objections and influence stakeholders toward impactful AI-driven approaches.Support executive-level communication and strategic discussions.Act as the internal voice of the customer to product, engineering, and marketing teams.🔹 Key RelationshipsWork closely with Sales, Customer Success, and AI Specialists.Collaborate with engineering and product teams to represent client needs.Partner with customer executives and technical teams to drive adoption.Coordinate cross-functional efforts for smooth delivery.Support marketing or conference activities when needed.🔹 Skills & Abilities NeededStrong project management background in data, analytics, or AI.Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Epics, and Agile methodologies.Ability to manage complex enterprise stakeholders and multiple teams.Understanding of predictive models, generative AI use cases, and analytics workflows.Excellent organizational, communication, and client engagement skills.🔹 Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of technical project management experience (AI/ML preferred).Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, cloud solutions, and data workflows.Proven experience managing enterprise clients in KSA or UAE.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or similar.Certifications in PM or Agile are an added advantage.Years of Experience5+ years of technical project management experience (AI/ML preferred)Languages:· English.
