Role: Engagement ManagerLocation: Atlanta, GADuration: 6 MonthsCompetency: Cybersecurity – 10+ Years of ExperienceRole DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager with a strong background in Cybersecurity and a proven track record of leading and delivering complex engagements. The ideal candidate will bring both deep technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities, ensuring successful delivery of cybersecurity solutions across diverse environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead and deliver multiple cybersecurity-related engagements, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational standards.Drive end-to-end project management including planning, execution, and delivery of security initiatives.Manage service delivery, client relationships, and internal TCS stakeholders effectively.Develop detailed delivery plans including resource allocation, risk mitigation, and performance tracking.Lead cross-functional technical teams, providing direction, mentoring, and performance feedback.Serve as the primary client contact for engagement status, issue resolution, and escalation management.Facilitate technical discussions with clients for new opportunities in collaboration with TCS Cybersecurity Centers of Excellence (CoEs).Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable delivery plans.Support the creation of solution proposals and Statements of Work (SoWs) under the guidance of Cybersecurity Practice (CSP) leadership.Monitor delivery metrics, SLAs, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and promote best practices across teams.Build and nurture strong client relationships in close coordination with CSP leadership.Technical Expertise:Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and frameworks.Experience across key cybersecurity domains such as:Vulnerability ManagementData Loss Prevention (DLP)Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)Security OperationsIdentity and Access Management (IAM/PAM)Managed Detection and Response (MDR)Security Architecture and EngineeringAuthentication (SSO/MFA)Deep expertise in at least one cybersecurity area, e.g. Identity and Access Management (IAM) including:Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, and Identity Protection.Complex identity configurations and identity federation.Identity Governance, access control, and user management.Required Experience:Minimum 15 years of experience managing and delivering large-scale cybersecurity or related IT engagements.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.Proven experience in stakeholder management, delivery governance, and client relationship management.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
