JOB DESCRIPTIONSupporting the preparation of monthly routine reports,Assisting in tracking the brand's budgeting processes,Managing logistics processes from order to delivery,Ensuring the execution and reporting of all B2C operations,Initiating, implementing, and monitor activities to achieve sales targets,Taking necessary actions to improve customer relationships,Implementing customer-centric design and e-commerce strategies effectively,Continuously improving the customer experience and satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree,Preferably minimum 1 year of relevant experience,Advanced English skills is a plus,Proficiency in MS Office applications,Strong result orientation and follow-up skills.
