eNGINE is hiring a Business Analyst with SQL skills to support one of our enterprise clients located in downtown Pittsburgh. This position is full-time and requires on-site work five days per week. The ideal candidate will be experienced in application development, requirements gathering, and have financial experience. Key Responsibilities: Support the development, enhancements, and functionality of business-critical applications. Use SQL to pull & analyze datasets, identify issues, and support business reporting needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including: System Analysts, Developers, & Business Unit SME’s to achieve project and performance goals.

Evaluate and improve application performance based on system metrics and user feedback. Serve as a liaison with vendors and support personnel during troubleshooting and maintenance. Participate in change control procedures and contribute to team discussions around requirements and improvements. Communicate findings and status updates to both business and technical stakeholders. Perform other related duties and projects as assigned. Required Qualifications: Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, application support, or a related technical role. Financial services industry experienceProficiency in SQL with the ability to query, analyze, and interpret data.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience working with enterprise systems and business stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
